Welcome to Treasure Coast Marina! We are a full service facility on the shore of the Indian River Lagoon on Florida's central east coast. Just off the Intracoastal Waterway between ICW markers #35 and #36, we are located in the middle of the aquatic preserve and among the islands of the Pelican National Wildlife Refuge.
The marina is also conveniently accessible by land from Interstate 95, the Central Florida theme parks and attractions areas of Orlando. See the "Contact Us" section for maps and directions.
The village of Grant, Florida, has been a commercial fishing port for over 100 years. The local residents still earn a large percentage of their income from the fishing industry, and Grant is the home of the famous "Grant Seafood Festival", an event that attracts about 80,000 participants each February to sample the local seafood.
This is a sleepy little town, reminiscent of "Old Florida", and we strive to keep that atmosphere alive. The marina is just one of a group of local businesses that operate in the fashion of the old days and old ways.
The marina has 47 deep wet slips and can accomodate vessels up to 55' in length with beam of 16' and draft of 4.5'. Electricity (both 30 and 50 amp service, as well as 110v) is at each slip, as well as water connections. Each slip has a finger pier, and choice of mooring to pilings or cleats. Dinghies may be beached along the shore of the inner basin, above mean high water line. A deep, marked channel leads to the ICW. Fuel (gasoline 89 octane, and off road diesel) is available.
Amenities include newly remodeled rest rooms, shower, and laundry facilities. There is also a picnic deck adjacent to the docks with tables, chairs, and barbecue grill. The back deck gives an excellent view of the ICW, and comfortable seating here invites you to have a cold drink and sit for awhile, enjoying the breeze and the scenery.
A ship's store and mini-grocery/convenience store provide the essentials for boating accessories and food, ice, beer, and snacks. Bait and Tackle serves both offshore and inshore needs with live and frozen baits.
Huge oak trees at the front of the property offer shaded parking and a secure area for boat/trailer storage.
We are not "touristy" and this is a quiet, family oriented facility where you can relax and slip back in time to the "good old days".
Located in the wildlife preserve, we are in the midst of a protected environment for many wildlife species native to the area. We coexist peacefully with them, we respect their habitat, and we share the lagoon with them. Don't be surprised to see dolphins, many varieties of birds, and other creatures roaming the nearby waters, usually at dawn and dusk.. Remember they are fragile, and although they are curious about you, you may look, but please don't touch or feed them!
